I'LL BE WITHOUT A PHONE UNTIL MAY 3RD....IF YOU NEED TO REACH ME, PLEASE EMAIL ME, OR MESSAGE ME ON FB.
I am without cell service until the 3rd, so if you're trying to call or text me....I can only text with other iPhone users, and only when I'm connected to Wi-Fi.
Long story, shortened....
On April 25th, the night before, I got an email saying the a refund was being issued and the order cancelled.....wait, what? Ugh!
BUT....meanwhile, also on the 25th...the port was initiated, and shouldn't have been. I'm guessing that was a computer mistake, that didn't get changed when the order changed.
On the 26th, I went back to Best Buy to find out what happened, and ask why it was being cancelled. They said the color I chose wasn't in stock (even though their computer said it was), so I said, "I don't care what color it is, because it's going to have a case on it....just get one that is available." So, they did.
Before going to BB, I checked with Verizon, over in Sandusky, to see if they could help, but they couldn't do anything.
Straight Talk deleted my account around noon today, because they said my number was moved over to Verizon. Again, that wasn't supposed to happen until the 3rd, and to get it back even temporarily would take 3-4 days.i
The new phone is going to be here this Saturday, and my number will be activated again, then.
So, until then, I'm screwed....I can't make or take calls....which is so much fun, when my phone is how I do most of my business....Uffda!
